Thursday, April 23 at 6 PM
Enjoy four prohibition-inspired cocktails paired with a luxurious menu of hors d’oeuvres.
Guests will enjoy four cocktails paired with a selection of small plates. The menu is inspired by the opulent dinners of the roaring twenties, featuring ingredients such as oysters, caviar, foie gras and lobster. The chef interprets these classic ingredients in a contemporary and unexpected way. The cocktails take a similar approach, utilizing the structure of classic, prohibition-era cocktails, interpreted for a modern palate.
