Announcements & Maintenance Schedule
Dear Biltmore Golf Members and Guests,
We are close to the summer months. This not only means hot weather and beach days, but also means it is time for golf course maintenance. We understand this is disruptive and the course conditions are not ideal. However, these are essential practices that prepare the course for the upcoming season. We have some very exciting cutting-edge aerification machines for this season and believe that these will truly set our greens apart come Fall. Again, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

2025 Summer Maintenance Program
Greens Aerification
Course Closures
– Monday/Tuesday, July 21st and 22nd, 2025. Short Game Area and Putting Green Closed.
– Monday, September 8th, 2025. Will open at noon on Tuesday, September 9th.
Fairway Aerification and Topdressing
Course Closures
– Monday, August 4th and Tuesday, August 5th
Driving Range and Short Game
– Tuesday, August 19th Range closed from 6:00 am until 2:00 pm for Maintenance.
Course Work Schedule
JULY
– July 8th: Spray out of #15 Green approach will begin for conversion from St. Augustine to Bermuda.
– July 21st: Cart path project begins and continues for 8-weeks
– July 21st and 22nd: Second Greens Aerification.
– July 21st #18 Bunker will be converted to a capillary concrete base
– July 21st and 22nd, Select tee surfaces will be re-grassed #2, #7 Blue/White, #8 Blue/White. #14 Black.
AUGUST
– Cart path work continues through the month
– August 4th and 5th – Fairway Aerification and Top-dressing
– August 18th and 19th, Mats and tracking components removed to prep for mat installation.
– August 20th and 21st – Install back rows of pavers
– August 26th and 27th – Install new mats
– August 26th the range will close from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
