The Biltmore has a 10,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art Fitness Center that features distinct areas dedicated to the different components of your fitness regimen and locker rooms and saunas. We offer several weekly classes in addition to personal training sessions. The Club at The Biltmore is a comprehensive social and wellness program which offers special privileges and access.

The Biltmore Hotel’s Fitness Center carries the Technogym’s Excite collection for the ultimate workout experience, offering you a fully connected cardio experience. The state-of-the-art consoles provide a personalized mix of entertainment, new challenging workouts and innovative features that are designed to deliver results in a fun and easy way. We offer traditional personal training sessions focused on cardiovascular and muscular objectives as well as unique fitness specialties in a one-on-one or private class setting. These specialties include Aqua, Meditation, Stretch, Yoga and a variety of dance formats including Zumba.

Fitness

On the main fitness floor within our facilities is our strength and cardio areas.  We offer many weekly exercise classes including Aqua Fitness, Body Sculpting, Boot Camps, Pilates, Group Cycle, Yoga, and Zumba. The Yoga studio is located alongside our beautiful CCA fountain in the Fairchild room. A variety of aquatic classes are held in the hotel’s landmark pool.

Group Cycle™ Studio

Group Cycle™ allows members and guests to enjoy rides bursting with entertainment and motivation. Movement studio

Movement Studio

Movement is essential to your mental and physical wellbeing.  This multi-use, hybrid space is where you will find group training for Zumba, Body Sculpt, Boxing, Barre classes, Ab classes and TRX to stay fit and release endorphins to relieve stress. The movement studio is to the right of the group cycle studio.

Reformer Pilates Studio

Located to the left of group cycle, the studio features 4 brand new Elina Reformers with towers.  Tone your core and gain more precision with movement by isolating muscles.  This effective low-impact workout targets every muscle from head to toe.

aqua fitness

Aqua

Enjoy 60 minutes of full body toning. If you’re looking to sculpt and tone, our scheduled classes will allow you to use the famous Biltmore Pool to develop your muscle tone. Whether a beginner, intermediate, or an expert, you’re sure to enjoy the Aqua Fitness at the Biltmore. The class duration is 60 minutes.

Yoga & Mat Pilates

The Biltmore has a wide array of Yoga classes available for those who want more than one type of class. A small sampling includes:

  • Gentle Yoga: Postures, breathing and meditation
  • Yoga 1: A basic method for all to enjoy with the ability to modify to a more advanced level.
  • Mat Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs.  You will see improved coordination, strength, balanace and posture.
