100 Room Night Centennial Giveaway Rules

Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Biltmore and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. There are three (3) ways to enter as follows:

Instagram: Following @thebiltmoremiami, liking, reposting, tagging a friend in the comments and saving the official giveaway post. Sharing the official post to your Instagram page and by submitting your favorite memory at The Biltmore through the Share Your Story portal.

OR

Facebook: Following @biltmorehotel, liking, reposting, tagging a friend in the comments and saving the official giveaway post. Sharing the post to your Facebook page and by submitting your favorite memory at The Biltmore through the Share Your Story portal.

AND

Share Your Story Direct: After completing instructions for Instagram or Facebook, participants must visit the “Share Your Stories” portal at Biltmore Hotel’s Centennial Page to share their favorite memory at The Biltmore, which will be added to The Biltmore Hotel’s Centennial Stories Archive. Additionally, for those not on social media you may enter directly through Share Your Story.

Entry Period:
All entries must be submitted between 11:00am ET on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, through 11:59pm ET on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

Winner Selection & Notification:
Beginning the week of January 18, 2026, the selection process will begin from all eligible submissions and continue through Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:59pm ET. Winners will be notified via e-mail. Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within that time, the price would be forfeited.

Prize Details:
Each of the fifty (50) winners will each be eligible to receive one (1) two-night stay at The Biltmore Hotel. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or exchanged. Prize must be redeemed by December 20, 2026, no date extensions will be granted. Stays are subject to availability, reservations must be made in advance, and blackout dates may apply. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Prize certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of The Biltmore Hotel, which are final and binding. The Biltmore Hotel reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. The Biltmore can cancel in our sole discretion. Winners are only eligible to receive one time. Must present valid ID to claim prize and matching valid ID to present at check-in with prize certificate.

Release & Publicity:
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless The Biltmore Hotel, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize. By entering the contest in an of itself and/or by accepting the prize, entrants and winners grant The Biltmore Hotel the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
